The Partners (Ms. Ratna Dhar and Mr. Biswajit Dhar) of E-Tech. Systems are involved in various Government Projects in the field of Library service since 2011, in entire North Eastern States particularly in the state of Assam with the financial assistance from Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation, an autonomous Body under Ministry of Culture, Government of India to promote and support Public Library movement. Both Ms. & Mr. Dhar are involved to spread all over India the Movement of National Mission of Libraries, a project launched by Government of India to promote Library movement initiated as per recommendation of National Knowledge Commission (National Mission on Library). Each project was completed with the technical support team in association with respective state Governments and union territory administration.
